It all started from creating an Instagram page to make fun of yoga.

Yogi Bryan loves to make the yoga and spiritual community laugh. He noticed people were very competitive and took their practice so seriously. "It's just f*ckin yoga" he thought. People need to relax and have fun on their yoga and meditation journey. Life is too short to be so intense.

Bryan was inspired to create a space for the community where they could laugh while they practice.

Shortly after starting his yoga journey, Bryan began a consistent meditation practice. He challenged himself to meditate every single day for 90 days, he hasn't stopped since.

The deeper Bryan went into his meditation practice, the more he realized the power of the subconscious mind.

While he slept, Bryan continuously listened to hypnotic affirmations. Soon Bryan naturally and intuitively reprogrammed his subconscious mind with love, gratitude and abundance.

Currently Bryan teaches yoga and helps people develop their meditation practice so they can teach others.
